Ascend Dragon Fruit Mushroom Gummies (4g bag):A ten-piece bag at 400mg per gummy for a 4g total, arriving as part of the Ascend brand debut on our shelf.

The Ascend format sits in the same functional slot as Medicine of the Gods 4g gummies and the high-dose gummy shelf — ten counted pieces, 400mg per unit, and a clean per-piece dosing calculation without the weighing that dried mushroom sessions require. The count is what makes the format useful; the flavor is what makes shoppers pick one Ascend bag over another.

What this flavor tastes like: Ascend Dragon Fruit Mushroom Gummies  (pitaya) is a mild sweet-melon flavor with subtle floral notes — the flavor equivalent of the most photogenic fruit at the grocery store.

On a 400mg gummy the character is gentler than the sharp citrus and tropical flavors elsewhere in the Ascend lineup, which makes it the pick for shoppers who want a milder profile. Pairs well with unfamiliar-format edible sessions where you don’t want the flavor competing for attention.

What makes the Ascend Dragon Fruit Mushroom Gummies format different: The industry has settled on 4g/10-piece and 4g/16-piece as the two dominant high-dose gummy formats.

Ascend runs the 10-piece version, which means each piece carries more psilocybin and less flavor filler than a 16-piece bag — a 400mg gummy is a substantial single unit that supports genuine full-session dosing (2-3 pieces) rather than requiring six or eight to hit the same total.

Fewer pieces per bag, more dose density per piece. Precision comes from the counted unit, not from measuring by weight.

Dosing baseline Ascend Dragon Fruit Mushroom Gummies : Each piece is 400mg, which is 0.4g. Using dried mushroom equivalents:

• Half a piece — 200mg (0.2g), light exploratory dose for first-time gummy users
• One piece — 400mg (0.4g), museum-dose territory: noticeable mood shift, mild body warmth, possible light visuals
• Two pieces — 800mg (0.8g), moderate session with meaningful visuals and headspace shift
• Three pieces — 1200mg (1.2g), full recreational-session territory for most people
• Four+ pieces — 1600mg+ (1.6g+), advanced dose — wait for a full first-session data point first

These ranges are planning references, not a reason to increase an unfamiliar amount. Cut a piece cleanly on a stable surface rather than eyeballing a bite; a half-piece is a real dose worth respecting. Ascend Dragon Fruit Mushroom Gummies

Effects profile: Gummies begin onset 20–45 minutes on an empty stomach, longer on a heavy meal. Peak arrives around 90 minutes to two hours in and holds for roughly ninety minutes. Ascend Dragon Fruit Mushroom Gummies

Total session four to five hours with a gradual comedown. The edible arc runs slightly longer than dried mushroom sessions because psilocybin moves through digestion rather than sublingual absorption — plan on being home for the full window. First-timers regularly get in trouble at the 45-minute mark by redosing before the peak arrives; wait the full two hours before considering more.

Set and setting: Familiar environment, comfortable clothing, water available, no obligations for the next six hours, and no driving. Keep the bag visibly labeled and stored away from ordinary snacks — a 400mg gummy looks like ordinary candy and should be treated as an adult-only product with clear separation from anything a child, pet, or guest might grab.
